Eddings Accounting Services provides general accounting and bookkeeping support. We do not provide licensed CPA services, tax preparation, tax filing, audits, reviews, or attest engagements. All services are subject to an agreed scope of work.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Eddings Accounting Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Scope of Services
Eddings Accounting Services provides general accounting and bookkeeping support, financial record organization, and accounting software assistance. Services are performed by accounting graduates under the direct supervision of David J. Eddings.
The specific scope of services will be defined in a separate engagement agreement or service proposal provided to each client prior to commencement of work. All services are subject to an agreed scope of work.

Clients remain responsible for their own tax, payroll, reporting, regulatory compliance, and other legal obligations. Eddings Accounting Services assumes no liability for tax outcomes, regulatory compliance determinations, or financial decisions made by the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely financial information and documentation. Eddings Accounting Services relies on the information provided by the client and is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data.
Confidentiality
All client financial information is treated as strictly confidential. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to perform agreed services, or with your explicit written consent. Our Philippines-based accounting team members are subject to confidentiality requirements as a condition of their engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eddings Accounting Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
